PUMA x Stampd

Up next in designer collaborations I can't get enough of comes the latest from PUMA and STAMPD La. Melding together STAMPD's contemporary codes with classic footwear comes a sophisticated minimal take on streetwear. Designed by LA based, Chris Stamp comes the Q4 collection, an expansion on the existing “Made to Make It” concept. The concept explores the boundaries of textiles and fabrication with inspiration from deep ocean blues and concrete structures.
I first discovered Stampd through the power of Instagram (and spending way too much time on there). They are my go-to for pared-back streetwear, that is unfussy and elevated. STAMPD is no stranger to the collaboration game, boasting a successful partnership with GAP last year that raised brand awareness and also provided me with my favourite pair of light wash ripped biker denim (an all year-round staple).
You can tap into the brand's minimal street aesthetic by adopting an achromatic ensemble. Start by layering your black or white basics, and think function over fashion. Pops of neutral or khaki green footwear elevate these looks. While the technical materials, slouchy fit and subtle details nod to a quiet luxury not commonly found in streetwear labels.
Combining STAMPD's street savvy aesthetic with Puma's years of technical prowess comes a winning collaboration I can't wait to get my hands on.
